These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tutor Zoom platform operated at tutorzoom.live. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Tutor Zoom, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Tutor Zoom is a SaaS platform that provides:

• Integration between Zoom video conferencing and Tutor LMS for WordPress
• Automated Zoom meeting creation, management, and recordings
• A WordPress plugin that connects to our SaaS backend
• Dashboard for managing sites, sessions, and billing

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Share your license key with unauthorized parties
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the plugin
• Overload or disrupt the service infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications

5. Subscription & Billing

• Plans — You agree to the pricing and features of your chosen plan.
• Payment — Payments are processed through PayPal. All fees are in the currency displayed at checkout.
• Renewals — Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• Refunds — Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase for unused services.

6. Service Availability

• We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
• We are not liable for disruptions caused by Zoom, PayPal, or other third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

• The Tutor Zoom platform, plugin, and all associated materials remain our intellectual property.
• Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin on the number of sites allowed by your plan.
• You retain ownership of your content (courses, sessions, recordings).

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Tutor Zoom is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend accounts that violate these Terms
• Terminate accounts for repeated violations or non-payment
• Remove content that is illegal or violates our policies

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
