- Log in to your Tutor Zoom account.
- Click Support in the top navigation.
- Click + New Ticket.
- Describe your issue with as much detail as possible.
- Set the appropriate priority level.
- Submit â our team typically responds within 24 hours.
What to Include in Your Ticket
To help us resolve your issue faster, please include:
- Your WordPress version and PHP version
- The Tutor Zoom plugin version (visible in the footer)
- A screenshot or screen recording of the issue
- Any error messages you see
- Steps to reproduce the problem
