Managing Your Subscription

Learn how to view, change, or cancel your Tutor Zoom subscription.

Viewing Your Plan

Log in to tutorzoom.live and go to Billing to see:

• Your current plan and pricing
• Payment history
• Next billing date

Payment Methods

We currently support payments via:

• PayPal — Secure payments through your PayPal account or credit/debit card.

What Happens When Your Subscription Expires

1. Your WordPress plugin will show an Expired banner.
2. You will not be able to create new Zoom sessions.
3. Existing sessions and recordings remain accessible.
4. Renewing restores full functionality immediately.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription, contact support via a support ticket. Note that:

• Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are issued for partial months.
• You can reactivate at any time.
