Quick Start Guide

Get your first Zoom session live in under 5 minutes. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Create Your Account

  1. Visit tutorzoom.live/register and create your account.
  2. Choose a plan that fits your needs.
  3. Complete the payment process.

Step 2: Add Your WordPress Site

  1. From your SaaS Dashboard, go to Sites → Add New Site.
  2. Enter your WordPress site URL (e.g., https://myschool.com).
  3. Download the generated plugin file or copy the license key.

Step 3: Install the Plugin

  1. In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
  2. Upload the tutor-zoom-ultimate.zip file and activate it.
  3. Go to Tutor Zoom → License and enter your license key.
  4. Click Activate — you should see a green "Connected" status.

Step 4: Create Your First Session

  1. Navigate to Zoom Sessions → Add New.
  2. Enter the session topic (title).
  3. Set the Date & Time, Duration, and Timezone.
  4. Optionally link it to a Tutor LMS course.
  5. Click Publish — a Zoom meeting is automatically created!
🎉 That's it! Your students can now see the session on the course page with a "Join" button that appears at the scheduled time.
