Quick Start Guide
Get your first Zoom session live in under 5 minutes. Follow these steps:
Step 1: Create Your Account
- Visit tutorzoom.live/register and create your account.
- Choose a plan that fits your needs.
- Complete the payment process.
Step 2: Add Your WordPress Site
- From your SaaS Dashboard, go to Sites â Add New Site.
- Enter your WordPress site URL (e.g.,
https://myschool.com). - Download the generated plugin file or copy the license key.
Step 3: Install the Plugin
- In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins â Add New â Upload Plugin.
- Upload the
tutor-zoom-ultimate.zipfile and activate it. - Go to Tutor Zoom â License and enter your license key.
- Click Activate â you should see a green "Connected" status.
Step 4: Create Your First Session
- Navigate to Zoom Sessions â Add New.
- Enter the session topic (title).
- Set the Date & Time, Duration, and Timezone.
- Optionally link it to a Tutor LMS course.
- Click Publish â a Zoom meeting is automatically created!
đ That's it! Your students can now see the session on the course page with a "Join" button that appears at the scheduled time.
