Session Statuses

Each Zoom session goes through a lifecycle with clear status indicators.

Status Types

Status	Color	Meaning
📅 Upcoming	Blue	Session is scheduled but hasn't started yet.
🔴 Live Now	Red (pulsing)	The session is currently in progress.
✅ Ended	Green	The session has concluded.

How Status Is Determined

Session status is calculated automatically based on the start time and duration:

• If current time is before start time → Upcoming
• If current time is between start time and (start + duration) → Live Now
• If current time is after (start + duration) → Ended

Session List View

The All Sessions page shows statistics at the top:

• 📊 Total Sessions — All sessions created
• 📅 Upcoming — Sessions scheduled in the future
• ✅ Completed — Sessions that have ended
